Memorial venue hire enquiry form

Venue hire applications must be made in writing by completing submitting the form below no less than 20 business days prior to the proposed event date. Submission of the booking enquiry form does not guarantee approval.

If approved, the venue hire confirmation is subject to the receipt of a signed acceptance of the Venue Hire Terms and Conditions, and full payment of all Venue Hire fees and charges at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event.
